I’m a bit sensitive to B vitamins and B12 seems to cause insomnia for me if there are higher amounts. I haven’t fully tested these out yet but it seems unnecessary to have that much B12, even for pregnant women."

"Tastes great. But a report came out showing that the level of toxic metals in your vitamins are through the roof. For that reason I am switching to another vitamin. I wish I ddn't have to - this brand came highly recommended."
