The first time I took it, I took it it on an empty stomach as instructed, however it made my head feel weird like how vitamin b can do if you take it on an empty stomach. I have spaced it out. So 1 after breakfast, and the theanine in it help curb the caffeine edginess. I take another one after lunch or dinner. I have noticed I am more at ease. I recommend this to any adult!"
